Availability & Providers
Ladumapay is a technology platform operated by Wealth Boutique OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registration number 17355664, registered office Uus-Sadama tn 21-207, 10120 Tallinn).
No licences, no funds, no custody
Wealth Boutique OÜ holds no financial licences of any kind. Ladumapay is software: an interface. It does not hold user funds, does not issue cards, does not take custody of crypto assets, and does not provide regulated financial services. It is not a bank, not a card issuer, not a custodian, not an exchange, not a money-transfer operator and not a financial adviser.
All financial functionality reached through Ladumapay is delivered by independent third parties under their own terms, their own onboarding and their own eligibility rules.
Who provides what
Self-custodial wallet infrastructure
Provided by Privy, a non-custodial embedded-wallet provider. Ladumapay never holds the user's keys.
Cross-chain routing
Provided by LI.FI, a cross-chain routing aggregator. Ladumapay is not a counterparty to any swap.
Card
The physical and virtual card programme is operated by Entry (Ethiq Labs Inc., a technology provider). The card is issued by Nimbus LLC doing business as Third National, a Puerto Rico Money Transmitter, OCFI licence TM-0207, NMLS ID 2612780. The cardholder agreement is Entry's Non-US Cardholder Agreement, governed by Puerto Rico law with an arbitration seat in New York.
Ladumapay does not issue, market, or earn any revenue from the card. Users go through Entry / Third National's own onboarding, terms and eligibility.
Where the card is available
Card availability follows Entry's own footprint and Entry's own posture toward each jurisdiction. Ladumapay does not extend it. If Entry does not serve a country, or declines an applicant, the card is unavailable there regardless of what Ladumapay shows.
Eligibility and availability
Access depends on eligibility, identity verification carried out by the providers, sanctions screening, provider terms, jurisdiction and applicable law. Providers may decline or withdraw access at any time. Ladumapay is not available where prohibited. Certain jurisdictions are blocked — see the AML & Sanctions summary.
